About Me

Boxers are the clowns of the dog world, they like to make you laugh, laughing is praise to a dog and sometimes we humans laugh when we are embarrassed, hurt, shocked. Silence is golden with this dog, by talking to him, by telling him to 'be quiet', by shouting you are answering his whines, ignore wait 30 seconds while he is quiet then do something proactive, like take him for a walk. Call into your butchers and get him a raw bone ( beef or lamb) chewing will stop him getting bored and chewing relieves anxiety, it will also tire him.
Dogs do what works, they stop doing something when it stops working, so by changing your behaviour you will change his. Also book him into the vets asap and get him neutered as that will help calm his testosterone levels.
